Yellow Bird Studio is committed to providing an environment where the artistic and expressive life of children is both respected and treasured. Our process art based classes encourage children to grow through the exploration of a wide variety of materials along side the support and encouragement of an adult. Little Art+Play
We are pushing the tables out of the way, laying out paints, paper and other basic art materials and letting the littlest artists have their own time at Yellow Bird Studio! We also provide time for sensory and "heuristic play" opportunities every week to engage their minds and bodies to develop their creative and critical thinking. It is a great time for you to connect with other caregivers too! This class is best for children ages 12 months through 30 months. Come dressed for mess!

small world workshop
Do you have a budding preschool or PreK architect or enthusiastic crafter at home? Our Small World Workshop is especially designed just for kids aged 3-5!
Each session you and your child will work together to create miniature structures and lands along with small objects and characters that go with them. A unique enrichment opportunity for kids who attend school part-time or for those who are not attending school yet!

ART IN THE PARK
Come join us as we explore some of our favorite kid friendly nature parks and let the setting inspire some great process art!
Ms Florie is a trained Florida Master Naturalist and will be your guide in this four week session that will get you and our little ones outside in nature provide you and your child with a mix of a story time, hike and art project that ties in with a theme or the season so you will leave with a sweet keepsake and enjoy time well spent. Best for children ages 2.5 to 5. Wear sturdy shoes and layers for those cold mornings. Directions to the individual parks and where we meet will be sent the week of the visit. *In case of rain, we will meet at the studio that day.
