YBS Families, it is that time again! Summer Camp registration officially opens this Sunday, February 2nd at 10 am. All of our Summer Camp week themes are currently available for viewing on our website. We often get a lot of questions, so here are some answers to the most common ones.
Please review the descriptions for ages carefully so that you may choose the perfect week for your child at the time of registration. Not every camp is appropriate for all ages.
All registrations will need to be made online and the registration information must be fully filled out with child's full name and age in the comment section. You must also make sure to check the correct number of participants to ensure that all of your children are correctly registered.
If you are trying to register but are unsuccessful, that means that session is full. If you would like to be put on the waitlist for a particular full session, please email us with your child's info, your best contact information and the week and session (AM or PM or no preference) that your are interested in. Once we finalize the collection of payments and confirm everyone's registrations or cancellations, we will then begin contacting families on the waitlist.
Waitlist order will be established by the time stamp on the incoming email. If you don't hear from us, that means you probably don't have a spot.
Payments are due at time of registration. If you choose to pay with Venmo or by check, please select the "Pay in Person" option and send or drop off payment to us that week.
Once your payment is made, your child will officially be registered for their camp!
We understand that there may be changes to your summer plans, so please review our cancellation and reimbursement policy in the Summer Camp description carefully so that you can try to make these changes at the correct time. We will be happy to help you through this process!
