Art Party FAQ's and Policies

What are the ages you do art parties for?

An arts and crafts party is a wonderful idea for any age and skill level and we strive to make your party as unique as you are!    Our experienced team of party coordinators will make it their top goal to make your celebration runs smoothly and is memorable!

For children age 4 and under, the 1.5 Basic Art Party provides a fun play and sensory art experiences that are sure to be a hit with the little ones.  We set out stations of process art and sensory experiences to engage their senses and provide some messy fun.

For children age 6 through adults go with a 2 hour or 2.5 hour party, giving you and your guests more time for art and food.  There are also more semi-custom and custom options that available for older children and adults, keeping in mind that projects must fit allotted time and must be appropriate for the age of the party guests.

How many guests can attend?

Because of the size of the studio and to allow us the opportunity to create a more intimate experience for you and your guests, we recommend keeping your guest list to no more than 12 for a studio art party, including the birthday child/adult.   For children ages 5 and under, we recommend that one parent stay with the guest child (at no additional cost). Otherwise, parties for older children are encouraged to be drop-off.

What days and times do you do your parties?

Please check our main Party Page to see available dates and times.  Generally, we schedule parties on Sunday from 10 am to 12 pm or 3 pm to 5 pm.  If you are interested in having your event at the studio on another day, please contact us to discuss your needs and we will check our availability.

What is included in the party package?

Each of your guests will take home an art canvas they have painted with guidance from our instructors.   For children's parties, the birthday child will also get to take home a custom painted monogram canvas in the colors of his/her choice that is painted by the party guests as a special memory of a wonderful day with friends and family.  Children's parties also include time making "magic potions", painting the birthday "cake" or drawing on the birthday banner.  We provide colorful paper goods for your food and birthday treats.

Do I bring anything to the studio for the party?

You supply your choice of food and birthday treat, such as light snacks, pizza, cake, cupcakes, donuts, cookies and individual servings of drinks.  You are welcome to bring some balloons.   Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the party to setup your food and drinks. (No alcohol at our children's studio parties).

What do I do to book a party with you?

All clients receive a free consultation at our studio so we can determine what your unique interests are and what kind of party is right for you.  A 50% deposit will secure your reservation, with the balance due at the end of the party.  Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to book another party in your time slot. In the case your party must be canceled due to some emergency, we will try to secure another date for your event.  Booking and consultation for a party must be no less than two weeks ahead of time to ensure time for preparation.
