What are the ages you do art parties for?

An arts and crafts party is a wonderful idea for any age and skill level and we strive to make your party as unique as you are!    Our experienced team of party coordinators will make it their top goal to make sure your celebration runs smoothly and is memorable!

For children age 3-6  our 1.5 hour Art Stations Party provides a variety of art and sensory experiences that are sure to be a hit with the little ones.  A half hour of food time is included, as well as table decor and paper goods. You provide food, drink and birthday treat for your guests.  Art Station Parities can accommodate up to 12 children plus an adult. (Only available at our Gunn and Westshore studios)

Cost: $450

For children age 7 and up, our 1.5 hour Canvas Painting Party allows guests with a themed canvas (which will be decided at the consultation).   A half hour of food time is included, as well as table decor and paper goods. You provide food, drink and birthday treat for your guests.  Canvas Painting parties can accommodate up to 12 children, with a drop-off option.  (Only available at our Gunn and Westshore studios)

Cost: $450

Add-on for Canvas Painting Party only: Monogram Canvas, "Magic Potions", and an extra 30 minutes for the party celebration.  Cost: $50

For those who want a simple get together with a small group of friends, our Mini Canvas Painting party is the right choice.  It is 1.5 hours for up to 6 participants.  A half hour of food time is included, as well as table decor and paper goods.  You provide food, drink and birthday treats for your guests.  (Available at The Heights, Gunn and Westshore studios).

Cost: $225

What days and times do you do your parties?

Generally, we schedule parties on weekends from 10:00 am to 11:30 am or 2 pm to 3:30 pm.  Because we do special events during the weekends, please contact the studio directly for availability of dates and times.

​Do I bring anything to the studio for the party?

You supply your choice of food and birthday treat, such as light snacks, pizza, cake, cupcakes, donuts, cookies and individual servings of drinks.  You are welcome to bring some balloons.   Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the party to setup your food and drinks. (No alcohol at our children's studio parties).

What do I do to book a party with you?

All clients receive a free consultation at our studio so we can determine what your unique interests are and what kind of party is right for you.  A 50% deposit will secure your reservation, with the balance due at the end of the party.  If the party cannot be held due to an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule the party for another date. 

 

What other events do you do?  

Special Interest Groups:  Yellow Bird Studio welcomes homeschooling groups, scout groups, craft groups, showers, and social events for adults or teens to rent our space for their special event.  We can even design a class just for your group!  Please contact us for available dates, times and fees.
