Art Summer Camp Preview
Little did we imagine when we opened up in June of 2017 that we would be going into our fifth year of awesome summer camps! Our camps are known for keeping kids busy while they have fun making art and friends. Visit our Art Summer Camp page to find out our schedule and different topics. Please note, not all of our camps are appropriate for every age. The ones that are geared for older 2nd through 5th graders are noted, and require a higher skill set to complete the projects. The rest of our camps accommodate children ENTERING Kindergarten through 5th grade, so that multiple ages can come and family members can come to the same place together and still have a great time.
Also, our camps fill up FAST, so if you don't get your first choice, you can always contact us to be put on the waitlist for it.
February School's Out Days Registration is Live
We will be having two School's Out Days this month! On Friday, February 12 and Monday, February 15 kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade can join us for some sewing, drawing and painting and good old fashioned conversation on their day off. Spots fill up quickly, so don't delay! March School's Out Days will be posted for registration in early March.
Spring Break Architecture Camp
We have a few spots left for our amazing Architecture Camp, March 15 through 19. Our students not only come away with an amazing piece of art that also is something they can use and play with for years, but they come away with a tremendous sense of achievement and pride in the making of it. This is a great opportunity for kids who may have home-schooled or virtual schooled this year to allow them some time to socialize with a small (8 children) group of children during the week. It is probably our personal favorite of all the camps we do during the year, and we hope you join us! Visit our Registration Page for details.
Birthday Parties
We are opening up the studio to one party per Saturday starting this month, so if you delayed a celebration last year, this would be a great opportunity to pull a select group of friends and family to share your special day. We are also doing home parties for small groups of 10 or fewer children. Please contact us for more information!
Art in the Park for Toddlers and Preschoolers
Our next session of Art in the Park will begin on Monday, February 8th. We will not have class on Monday February 15 due to our studio camp. You can also register for single Art in the Park days if that fits your schedule better!
Ms Florie's New Venture
Ms Florie has decided to move forward with something very near and dear to her heart that she was preparing for even back in 2019 before all the craziness started: her own interior design and decorating business which will focus heavily on children's spaces: nurseries, bedrooms, bathrooms, homeschool rooms, at-home art studios and play yards for children. She has spent over 25 years designing indoor and outdoor spaces for children, primarily in educational settings (who she continues to consult with), which gives her a unique perspective about creating joyful spaces for children. She will still co-own the studio with Ms Pamela and will continue to do classes and camps, but the rest of the week will be dedicated to her new venture. More details will come out soon!
