We are over the moon excited to open the doors to our newest location: Yellow Bird Studio at the Heights! Located in the artsy district of Seminole Heights in an almost 100 year old bungalow, this may be our coziest arts and crafts studio yet. Each of the rooms of this converted bungalow are a mini studio- one room for textiles, one room for drawing, collage and other paper arts, one room for painting and one room for our makers-space, and the coolest little playroom/gathering spot you will ever see!
We are hosting our free Grand Opening/Open House event on Saturday May 2 from 10-12 and hope you will come out to support Yellow Bird Studio. No registration is needed, just come by! We will have arts and crafts set up in each of the rooms and on the deck out back for kids 2 and up. You will also get to meet the staff and get information about our May drop-in classes and summer camp. Registration for all of them is live now, so you don't have to wait until May to register- just go to the Heights Studio page and find your camp or class. And, we have a special discounted rate until June for the Heights Studio as a thank you for supporting our newest location. We are so happy to be part of this vibrant part of Tampa, a dream we have had for years and look forward to seeing you there!

Mother's Day Events at Gunn Highway
In May we will host two artists who will be sharing their skills: Jan the Glass Lady will have her workshop on May 3 from 1-2:30 when you can make a beautiful fused glass ornament as a gift or as some special time with a special mom. And, AR Workshop/Wesley Chapel will be back again on May 9th from 1-3 with DIY projects of making a beautiful DIY decorative wooden tray and a homemade wax candle. Please contact these teachers directly for registration and payment.

Summer Crochet and Machine Sewing Classes at Gunn Highway
Last summer, Ms Marianna held a crochet intensive and she got such a positive response that she is offering it again this year, and adding a machine sewing class too! Please see the fliers below to contact her to register and for payment information.

Summer Camp is Filling Up- Don't Miss Out!

We have some camps that have filled up at both locations and expect them to be full by the start of summer, so if you have not made plans or are waiting, this is a good time to check out what is still available. Some of our perennial favorites are returning: Fashion Camp June 15-19. This may be the last year for a while for our Creative World of Harry Potter, so if you have been meaning to have your child attend, this is the year to do it- it is the week of July 6-10. And, we are one of the few places offering camps the week before school starts, so check out Safari Adventure August 3-7.
All the information about our camps and policies can be found in our Summer Camp Welcome Packet and Guide and registration is under the individual studios in the main menu.
